Living inner the bay area you would anticipate adt moreover bay alarm until be one of the finest deals since they are the main players except ! Adt tried until screw me for $1900 for a third rate system ! Never will i ever recommend adt again ! Worst ever ! Bay alarm was not bad for the price except customer service was sub par.what i learned is because there are 2 basic systems honeywell (lynx) is pretty trustworthy except very hard until program or ge simon xt which is very user friendly moreover easy until program. You can search youtube for videos moreover ebay for the deals except then GE Simon XT Wireless boils down until monitoring.both systems you can use the land-line until call until check on the system statue except if the burglar cuts the line or power goes out your screwed. Go with cellular they can’t cut the phone line.monitoring … You can go without paying on both except they what’s the point, that is my point moreover why i went with frontpointsecurity. Their monitoring is interactive. I can check on my cell or internet oh how my house is doing @ anytime ! Other companies charge you an arm moreover leg for this feature.bottom line, ge simon xt is a great system until install, battery backup can be mod. until add more batteries (daisy chained for longer backup power) can use both landline moreover cellular for interaction moreover all wireless ! Peace of mind !
